Temporary recruitment officer job based in Melbourne CBD, working for a government department

Your new company
A State Government Department is looking to expand their recruitment team for a new project.

Your new role
You will conduct a variety of tasks associated to the recruitment process. These will include working with managers to understand their recruitment requirements and advise managers about the recruitment process. You will have to conduct various administrative duties, including writing position descriptions and job adverts, answering queries about live jobs and administering the e-recruitment system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as an internal recruiter dealing with a high volume of cases. You must have a strong administrative background with a proven track record of highly skilled writing that shows your ability to show attention to detail. You will be able to manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work. You will show initiative towards recruitment related matters and be an involved team member. It will be important for you to work closely with other teams and maintain excellent internal relationships. You will be a good communicator and have a history of outstanding customer service.
