This is the perfect permanent opportunity to work in a not for profit organisation in a busy and challenging role. Working as a recruitment specialist you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment including the onboarding of new employees. The team consists of a talent acquisition manager and one other recruitment specialist. Together you will develop new recruitment strategies and think outside of the box to attract the best talent.

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to;

  • end to end recruitment
  • come up with new recruitment strategies
  • plan and forecast
  • reporting
  • onboarding of new employees

This business is operating in the healthcare industry and is looking for someone passionate about recruitment to join the team. You will be recruiting for different locations in Sydney which makes it necessary to have a driving license. Next to this, you need at least 2 years recruitment experience for this role in a fast paced environment. Experience in the healthcare industry is a pre. Agency recruiters are welcome to apply.
