This driven organisation is a global FMCG and has a great opportunity for a Remuneration Leader to work with the senior leadership team to drive the strategy and framework globally

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director and as a member of the HR leadership team, you will work closely with the executives, leaders and global remuneration to drive and improve a consistent remuneration framework that will meet current and future business needs.  Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Defining and aligning the local compensation strategy to the global framework
  • Providing advice and expertise to HR, the business and specified business projects in relation to remuneration frameworks and policies
  • Ensure consistency of practices implemented across the business units aligned to the strategy.
  • Identify and recommend compensation and benefits best practices to the HR Director
  • Coordinate the salary review matrices and guidelines for the brand globally, and manage the annual salary review implementation
  • Manage the implementation of the organisation’s LTI process including reporting/withholding obligations
  • Develop and manage reporting practices to  provide analysis, statistical information and insight into key people metrics. 
  • Reviewing and redeveloping the organisation’s formal employee recognition program
  • Leading, coaching, developing a small team of specialists – Remuneration, HR Analytics and Payroll
About You
Tertiary qualified, you are experienced in leading a global remuneration function and management of a multi-disciplinary small team. You will have worked within a complex, multinational  organisation and have global mobility knowledge. Due to the HR Analytics team reporting into this role, you will be comfortable with data analytics and the ability to make recommendations on this. You will have outstanding stakeholder management skills with a track record of building relationships across fast moving, commercially driven environments.
