Reporting into the ANZ HR Director, you will contribute to both the strategic and operational people agenda to ensure that HR is a partner in the commercial direction of the business, to successfully embrace this time of growth and change across a diverse and complex client group over multiple sites. As the HR Manager, you will provide leadership, support, strategies and solutions in all aspects of best practice HR, ER, and IR to achieve a responsive, customer focused and safe working culture.

Integral to the success of this role will be travel to local and regional sites to embed relationships and understand the corporate and local commercial drivers. This is an exciting time within this organisation to make a difference and your key areas of focus will include but not be limited to:

  • Growing the capability across the organisation through, organisational alignment, productivity and performance improvements
  • Managing key relationships across a board range of key stakeholders to keep the people agenda front of mind
  • Delivering talent and leadership initiatives across your client group
  • Effective implementation/interpretation of EBAs
  • Support the attainment of new levels of performance, attitude & behaviour in various initiatives such as OH&S, Wellbeing, Sustainability and Operations Excellence

To be successful in this role you will be a commercially focused HR professional with extensive experience effecting change in large, dispersed organisations ideally within complex/ matrix reporting structures. Tertiary qualifications are essential and in this organisation the capability to demonstrate corporate spirit, challenge boundaries, connect with the commercial needs of the business and an attitude of "make it happen" will be imperatives of your success.
