Our client is a market leading ASX Listed organisation, with head office based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Reporting to the Head of Remuneration, your next contract will see you providing consultative expertise, guidance and analysis to business stakeholders to help meet their business objectives through compensation design and execution excellence. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with an immediate start. 

This role will see you proactively partnering with the Human Resources team and business leaders to identify and address compensation issues, and execute remuneration strategy and operations. You will provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues. Execute a range of existing compensation programs such as Remuneration review; salary surveys; job grading; Gender equity pay review; Remuneration Report. She wants to collaborate with Compensation leadership team to execute strategic, company-wide compensation decisions. 

To be considered for this role you should tertiary qualified with a degree in Business, Commerce or HR, preferably with a strong quantitative background.  Skills, experience and attributes we are looking for include:
  • Demonstrated experience in a remuneration and benefits position in a corporate or consulting environment;
  • Exceptional analytical, written report writing skills with a strong attention to detail;
  • Customer focus with the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual/matrix team environment; 
  • Advanced modelling and data management skills in Excel.
