About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager, Remuneration & Benefits, you will provide information, support and advice to the business within legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines.  Your key responsibilities will include:
  • delivering the company’s annual performance, bonus and salary reviews;
  • proactively managing the company’s portfolio of group-wide employee benefits and initiatives through effective contract and relationship management;
  • providing executive management services from commencement to separation;
  • providing timely and accurate remuneration information and reporting for market benchmarking, financial accruals and payments within corporate governance.

About You

Tertiary qualified, you are a seasoned remuneration specialist who is highly numerate and analytical with advanced level skills in data analytics and modelling using Excel.   You will be dealing with high level stakeholders and your strong relationship management, influencing and communication skills will be well utilised.  This is a fast-paced, large business and your ability to work with pace and scale is important.
