Part time temporary HR Reporting Officer role for initially 3 months.

Your new company
Our client is a large reputable Not For Profit organisation who take pride in their service delivery to clients across Australia, based conveniently in the eastern suburbs. They seek a Part Time Remuneration Officer who has a strong background in extracting data and producing HR reports. This role will be for 3 months with a view to be ongoing.


Your new role
Your new role will focus on assisting the organisation with their annual salary review and will involve extracting data from their payroll system in order to produce reports that will be used as part of the review. The most important focus for the role will be to use your analytics experience to prepare data and reports while also working closely with the HR and payroll teams. You will also work closely with internal line managers and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of reporting and assisting with annual salary reviews. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are also required. Candidates from all Not For Profit backgrounds will be held in high regard however other HR professionals are encouraged to apply. The organisation currently use Aurion however experience using other payroll systems will be considered.
