About AFSA
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is the government agency responsible for providing improved and equitable financial outcomes for consumers, business and the community through application of bankruptcy and personal property securities laws, regulation of personal insolvency practitioners, and trustee services.

About the role
The Senior Advisor HR Strategy will collaborate to embed strategic workforce capability and capacity through the implementation of succession risk management plans and divisional workforce plans that impact AFSA’s strategic workforce planning direction. In this role you will also manage the analysis of relevant workforce data to monitor milestones against workforce plans and strategic workforce objectives. This role will provide you with an opportunity to engage with senior leaders and present HR initiatives at a national level, and directly influence business objectives and drive high performance.

About You
As a business driven HR professional passionate about delivering HR strategy and strategic partnerships, your experience in implementing innovative HR solutions for enhanced business outcomes will see you succeed in this role. You will have demonstrated experience in both the design and delivery of workforce strategies or workforce planning initiatives through the use of data to inform evidence-based workforce decision making. Your ability to engage with and influence senior leaders will be critical for your success in this role.

You will have an opportunity to develop your career in strategic workforce planning through hands-on experience and by keeping abreast of leading practice in strategic workforce planning and people analytics.
