Reporting to the Head of HR, the main responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Using a level of business acumen to effectively provide efficient and pragmatic advice regarding ER matters and business needs to key stakeholders and a dedicated client group.
  • Assisting with cyclical HR activities, along with, the development and rollout of core HR initiatives to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Project support surrounding annual salary and performance reviews, enhancing the employee value proposition, updating policies and developing communication strategies.
This role presents the opportunity to work as part of a broader HR team in a varied senior Advisory position. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding line managers and team members around people issues, while also supporting stakeholders across all aspects of the employee life cycle to build capability.
To be successful for this role you will offer:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline and sound understanding of current legislation requirements.
  • Previous experience working in a Senior HR Advisory or Business Partnering role, supporting a dedicated client group in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, natural capabilities to build trusted relationships and ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic and nurturing individual with a drive to identify and improve policies and procedures.
This role would be well suited to an agile, resilient and high potential HR Generalist with a sound understanding of HR best practice and industrial instruments. For a candidate, capable of adapting to blue collar client groups and working collaboratively, this role would be highly rewarding.
