Your new company
This global manufacturing organisation with offices based in Sydney's North have an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Coordinator to join the busy team. The organisation is rapidly expanding and requires someone who can support the business through this busy time of growth.

Your new role
This role is of a generalist nature and reports directly to the HRD, daily duties will include being the first point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting the implementation of the new HRIS, recruitment, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for all new starters, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. And assisting in all new projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate needs to have a background in HR with strong MS office skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A knowledge of payroll would be advantageous as would a background in Manufacturing, Construction or FMCG.
