An opportunity for an HR Professional to be a key member of the leadership team where you will create a stronger alignment between HR locally and HR globally. You will be responsible for driving change and transformation across the organisation and play a key part in bringing your people along for the journey.

Key elements to this role will include culture and leadership development, talent mapping and competency frameworks, engagement and retention, workforce planning, ER strategy including performance management, project design and change management.

Having just rolled out your 5 year plan, they are looking at key opportunities for their future and with this in mind, the incumbent will be strategically minded whilst having a close understanding and alignment to the operations of the business.

This is an opportunity to work with the business to create an organization of the future; with a strong commercial and people centric focus this position will establish a culture in terms of values and behaviors and identify and build capability across the organization.

You, the ideal candidate will be;

  • An established HR professional with minimum 7 years of experience, broad generalist skills and experience in leading an HR function.
  • Capable of operating strategically and operationally.
  • Transformational change experience particularly in building and implementing the HR Strategy in line with the national and global business strategic plan.
  • Degree qualified essential.
  • Experienced in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or have worked extensively in a global matrix structure.
  • Passionate about leadership development with strong capability in this space.
  • Superior when it comes to stakeholder management and have the ability to influence at the leadership and executive level and across multiple functions.
