The Role
 
This fantastic global FMCG business is undergoing incredible growth and as a result a 12 month opportunity has arisen covering a secondment.  
  
This is a varied role, both operational and strategic, where you will work as part of a well-established and collaborative HR team. You will be instrumental in driving the change management agenda and work on HR projects to support exciting change and transformation both on a global and local level. Reporting to the HR Director you will provide expert HR advice and coach line managers in the organisation's people practices including industrial and employee relations, enterprise bargaining, performance management, award interpretation, HR policies and procedures, organisation design, learning and development and WHS.
  
Outside of your generalist remit, projects you may be involved in include:
• Realignment of Compensation & Benefits ANZ including roll out of new Grading structure.
• Driving the review and implementation of a new global provider for one of the key functions of the business.
• The renegotiation of an Enterprise Agreement
• L&D facilitation
  
**Head office is located on the North Shore, however 1 to 2 days a week are required to work at another site in the southern suburbs.**
 
 
Your Experience
• You will be a confident, experienced and commercially-minded HR generalist with extensive operational and strategic HR experience in both white and blue collar environments, preferably from FMCG or similar.
• Strong track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and will possess exceptional knowledge of employee and industrial relations, including negotiating enterprise agreements and working with Unions.
• Self-motivation, drive and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are all essential and you will be adept at influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders.
  
You will also be passionate, approachable, detail-oriented and diplomatic with a collaborative style and a positive nature.
