My client is a listed financial services organisation with a reputation for quality and reliability.  They are going through an exciting phase of business change which will enhance their position as a regional market leader.  Whilst this position focuses on BAU activities the HR department is impacted by the ambiguity that change brings.
A true generalist role, the responsibilities include -

• People Strategy Planning
• Complex and Sensitive ER 
• Learning & Organisational Development
• Managing the Remuneration Process

The next item on the HR calendar will be managing the remuneration review.  Performance rating calibration has been completed but taking this information support salary reviews and bonus allocation will immediately be on the agenda.  The entire cycle is supported by the Reward COE but the HRBP will relationship manage and drive the process. 

To be successful in securing this role you will be a HR Generalist with 10 years + experience.  You will have a broad skillset, comfortable advising in all areas of HR. As mentioned above you must be comfortable with the remuneration aspects of a generalist role.  You will be an outstanding relationship manager, able to influence the senior stakeholders in the business.  Ideal sector experience is Financial Services and you must be comfortable in a corporate environment.
