About the Role
Working alongside the National HR team and reporting to the National L&D Manager you will be involved across all aspects of an L&D and OD role to assist in creating and implementing HR projects which will support the development of a high performance culture. 

You will be responsible for determining the learning and organisational development needs and recommend programs to the HR Leadership team.  As part of the National HR team you will develop, review and implement HR procedures, systems and projects aligning with business objectives. 

About You
You have experience as an OD and Learning Advisor, developing high performance cultures, ideally within medium to large construction and/or mining companies or similar.  You are recognised for your high level of professionalism, maturity and work ethic and can be depended on to deliver solutions that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
To be successful:
  • Proven Project Management and delivery skills
  • Experience assessing learning and organisational development needs and implementing solutions aligned with business strategy
  • Experience managing technology-based learning solutions
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment and manage multiple projects to deadlines
  • Confident personality who has proven to be adaptable, innovative and energetic.
  • Ability to work autonomously when necessary, but also within a cohesive team environment
  • Tertiary degree in HR, psychology or equivalent
