Our client is a global corporate who has sustained a strong foot hold within their niche market. Due to an upcoming maternity leave, there now exists a fixed term contract for a strong generalist OD & Talent Management expert. Immediate start is possible for the right candidate and the latest potential start would be second week of January, 2018. 

This role reports to the Head of HR, and supports the planning, implementation, and management of innovative talent management and development programs for all levels that drive organisational effectiveness and support our client's business strategy through talent and culture. This role will specifically see you: 
  • Perform a multitude of organisational development and change leadership activities in support of the Talent & Culture team, including those associated with career development, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs;
  • Facilitate and lead learning and development courses and train the trainer sessions.; 
  • Key contributor for supporting the development and implementation of company-wide strategic learning and training programs; 
  • Provide support to global HR Business Partners for clients’ organisational needs including assessment, diagnosis, action planning, execution, and evaluation/effectiveness as a CoE; 
  • Support the Talent & Succession Management process. Designs, develops and implements OD related programs/processes to enhance organisational capabilities such as career paths, competency development and mapping, team building and training; 
  • Execute global practices, processes and programs focused on building organisational competencies; 
  • Knowledgeable of training techniques suitable for differing styles of adult learning; 
  • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning and ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI.
  • Systems implementation, such as HRMS or LMS. 
 To be successful in this role you will have: 
  • Minimum 5 Years experience working in a Talent Management or Human Resources capacity; 
  • Experience with planning, creating, implementing and/or managing high-potential and leadership programs for a large organisation with measured success; 
  • Experience with talent and people processes such as performance management and succession planning; 
  • Strong experience with competency models and mapping to talent development and performance management; 
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to multi-task and work under established deadlines: this includes gathering requirements, soliciting stakeholder input, setting timelines and deliverables; 
  • Strong verbal communicator including the ability to speak effectively with various audience levels with strong writing and editing skills; 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including ability to run workshops; 
  • Design experience for effective development of learning content and programs; 
  • Knowledge of LMS and ability to work with systems implementation; 
  • Ability to evaluate processes and procedures and develop curriculum on a variety of adult learning topics; 
  • Ability to instruct and demonstrate how to perform operation in assigned area of learning; 
  • Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
