An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Organisational Development Manager Lead to join a successful publicly listed multinational organisation within the resources space. Y our new organisation has experienced enormous success and is an established and successful organisation.

The Role

This is a varied and busy, Organisational Development Lead role, reporting into the Executive General Manager, HR. It is a stand alone role and is both operational and strategic, and you will work as part of a larger HR team who will support on the ground in terms of delivery of the Organisational Development strategy. This is an opportunity to own the function, partnering with senior management and business leaders you will create, refine and project manage and drive initiatives in line with the broader HR and business strategy to deliver measurable and relevant results.

Your experience

  • Minimum of 12+ years experience in owning an Organisational Development function across a diverse workforce, ideally with experience of emerging markets.
  • A background working with success across resources, infrastructure, construction, engineering or mining sector will be essential.
  • Strategic experience in Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Training and Development and Employee Engagement.
  • Experience in implementing organisation-wide OD initiatives across a diverse client population within both a mature and emerging market.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and leverage data and analytics to create practical and relevant organisational development solutions.
  • Experienced in facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Experience in developing and applying competency frameworks and integrating them into other management processes.
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Self-motivation, drive and resilience are essential and you will be highly-skilled in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will also diplomatic and have high degrees of emotional intelligence and be culturally aware.
