Senior Recruiter role within a Not For Profit organisation in the eastern suburbs

Your new company
Our client is a large reputable Not For Profit organisation who take pride in their service delivery to clients across Victoria, based conveniently in the eastern suburbs. They seek an experienced Senior Recruiter who has a strong background in high volume end to end recruitment. This position will support a wide-range of initiatives and will allow you to build your expertise by exposing you to a broad scope of people and challenges.

Your new role
Your new role is a newly created position and will have ownership of all recruitment across the business. You will report directly into the L&D Manager and will work alongside a large People and Culture team. The most important focus for the role will be to manage individual recruitment processes, build relationships with line managers across the business and assist in the implementation of an applicant tracking system. You will be responsible for all end to end recruitment processes including bulk recruitment drives and senior positions. A majority of the roles will be support workers, therapists and case workers and you will need to use different sourcing tools to attract the right talent for the organisation. A large part of the role over the coming months will be to implement an applicant tracking system.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of all recruitment functions, including sourcing and interviewing, Systems knowledge and with a history of dealing with executive management. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are also required. Candidates from all Not For Profit backgrounds will be held in high regard however other Recruitment professionals are encouraged to apply.
