About Them
This multi-award winning financial services provider, who pride themselves on their culture and work / life balance that they provide, is seeking an experience Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with the business, to drive and support their strategy.

About the Role
As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition manager, as well as support and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.  You will be responsible for:
  • End to end recruitment process
  • Attract and engage through creative and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships and relationships
  • Support, coach and mentor small team
  • Manage HR Projects such as employer branding and EVP
About you
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in recruitment role, either agency or in-house
  • A solid understanding of behavioural interview techniques
  • Proven team management experience
  • Experience with a range of sourcing techniques, and ability to develop sourcing strategies
  • Experience in either contact centre or financial services preferred.
