Camp Australia is the largest provider of Outside of School Hours Care for primary school aged children nationally, with a rich history demonstrated over the past 30 years. The Opportunity
This senior role sitting on the HRLT will see you develop our already highly efficient workforce planning and recruitment processes to work across a longer term horizon, ensuring we can effectively plan ahead to have the right people, at the right place, at the right time in a seasonally-influenced business. Managing a team of 3 direct reports and 43 indirect, many of whom are based remotely, you will be responsible for ensuring connectivity and engagement across your key workstreams. Experience with data analytics is fundamental to the success of this role.

The role reports to the Chief HR Officer who will mentor and guide your transition into the role, provide you with the broad vision of what success looks like, and coach you in meeting your professional development goals. We pride ourselves on the ability to ensure we are meeting business objectives wherever we are located and support remote work when required.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the below attributes:
  • 7+ years strategic workforce management and planning experience within large, complex and regulated service-based operations
  • Ability to implement and manage predictive analytics to drive resourcing
  • Demonstrated experience with employer branding initiatives for talent attraction and retention
  • Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated competence dealing at the executive level
  • Relevant qualifications and/or extensive related experience
