Recruitment and HR Administrator required for a 12 month contract, working for Global Medical brand in Sydney.

Your new company
Highly successful Global Medical company with products, services and employees in over 100 countries. Working at the Australia Head Office in Sydney, and being part of a larger HR and Talent team, this is a 12 month contract role.

Your new role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment administrative support for a large recruitment campaign and busy portfolio of roles. You will write and post adverts, liaise with agency suppliers, support the shortlisting and CV reviewing process, you will conduct telephone interview and schedule face to face interviews. In addition you will support the wider team in talent attraction strategies, career fairs, referral programs and get involved in the interview process. You may also have the opportunity to work with new starters, produce offer letters and ensure compliance, reference checks and pre-start onboarding processes are in place

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified either in HR or Psychology and have a minimum 12 month experience working in an HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Administration role. As this is a 12 month fixed term contract you will ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period. This is not s 360 recruiter position but more a support level role however the ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment and enjoy sourcing and onboarding. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT and reporting skills and be confident on the phone and in person with internal stakeholders. You must be able to work in a fast paced and changing culture and be happy to take on extra work as and when required.

As well as a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 + super, depending on experience, you will have other generous benefits as well as free parking and onsite gym. Location is North Ryde. This is a full time position and you must have local experience to be considered for this position.
