Retail company with a fantastic culture are seeking a Talent Specialist to manage all end to end recruitment

High profile ASX Listed corporate which is currently experiencing significant change and transformation with a large and expanding workforce across the country.


Your new role
Working as part of a talent acquisition team, you will have your own portfolio of roles and stakeholders and have full responsibility for end to end recruitment, onboarding and management of contractors and permanent placements. You will focus on the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of retail to the business. With well structured and successful recruitment process and systems already in place, you will tasked with utilising these processes, talent attraction tools to source the best retail staff including customer sales and services representatives, merchandisers, shop assistants and shop managers. You will have a variety of recruitment and branding tools to attract the best as well as a strong EVP, however the business is very open to looking at new ideas and strategies for the local market. You will manage the end to end recruitment process, working closely with line managers assessing their talent requirements and resources for their teams and clients. In addition you will have the opportunity to take on interesting project work.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist with a background in retail, fashion, or FMCG recruitment within the local Australian market. You will enjoy working in fast paced and very busy recruitment roles, whilst being part of a collaborative and relaxed culture. Local experience is essential due to the requirements of the role
