About the Role

In this role you will take ownership of the recruitment process within the firm. In addition to this, the position has the capacity to give you exposure to HR practices. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing proactive, hands-on support through the end to end recruitment process
  • Scheduling interview times between applicants and line managers
  • Managing all aspects of pre-employment and onboarding
  • Being the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries
  • Undertake HR Administrative tasks as well as participating in L&D Coordination
