There is an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the group recruitment and EVP strategy for this pivotal business phase.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the HR director you will lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy. You will lead a high performing team committed to recruiting diverse talent across multiple business lines and geographies and oversee the volume based recruitment solutions for the customer facing workforce.  As part of this dynamic business you will deliver on strategic talent acquisition and retention projects and create innovative sourcing solutions to further expand the talent pools.  As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional you will you will impart your knowledge of best practice talent acquisition methodologies and business processes in order to attract the best talent in the market. Key to your role will be ensuring the resourcing requirements of the business are met in addition to creating effective talent pipe-lining strategies.

Equipped with significant talent acquisition experience managing high volume recruitment activity in a complex and growing organisation, your achievements in developing strategy, continuous improvement and influencing multiple stakeholders will ensure that you engender the trust, support and confidence of your customers. Previous experience implementing strategic workforce plans and utilising technology to manage talent metrics, will be matched by your sound commercial acumen and the ability to lead and motivate your team. Your willingness to flex between strategic and operational aspects will ensure success.
