About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity that has risen due to building, growing and developing the risk function in the business.  As an experienced agency or in house Recruiter with Finance recruitment this is a great experience to work in an internal role with a leading Financial Services organisation and be part of a talent function that truly partners with its client group. 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support the Group's vision. You will deliver value through:
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the business, promoting their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to competitively differentiate them in the talent market 
  • Identifying and implementing a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses' current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media and the passive talent market
  • Proactively building and maintaining talent pools for critical roles within your business, delivering excellent candidate care, and with a focus on quality and best fit
  • Administering, reviewing in-depth psychometric and ability assessments to ensure that candidates have the skills to be successful and which are aligned to our capabilities and values
  • Minimising both risk and cost associated with recruiting talent
  • Actively coach and up-skill hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques.
  • Use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions with HR and hiring managers. 
  • Proactively see out ways to reduce early turnover, anticipating needs and partnering with the business to achieve strong outcomes. 
About You
You, the ideal candidate;
  • You will be an experienced agency or in house Recruiter with finance, risk and compliance - this is a must for this role
  • You will have an impressive track records of leveraging a variety of sourcing channels strategies to attract diverse talent.
