As an established Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be joining this technology business with offices across ANZ, Europe and the USA and an ever growing footprint. Your new organisation is a high performing technology business, a dynamic and fast paced culture and an exceptional HR leader and team.

The Role

This is a varied and hands on Talent Acquisition role, both operational and strategic, and you will work as part of a close knit high performing HR team. This is an opportunity to be innovative, build the talent acquisition function, partner with all levels of the business to create, project manage and drive talent acquisition initiatives in line with the business strategy.

In this role you will;

  • Work operationally to build talent pipelines, engage with passive candidates and recruit end to end roles - with particular focus on web and content development roles
  • Lead an experienced talent acquisition specialist locally with the ability to grow the global function.
  • Work on projects including EVP, Social Branding and Process Improvement.
  • Partner with all levels of the business to harness innovation, create out of the box thinking and generate new ideas to drive the talent acquisition function in line with business strategy
  • Create and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy

Your experience;

  • A background in innovative and progressive recruitment, ideally within the technology sector and experience in house is essential
  • Experience in building and leading a talent acquisition/ recruitment function
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills at all levels with the ability to understand a business strategy, needs and drivers
  • Experience working with and improving recruiting tools and systems, including candidate relationship management and applicant tracking technologies, sourcing tools, and online collaboration platforms
  • Self-motivation, drive and resilience are essential and you will be highly-skilled in influencing, negotiating and gaining credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders
