About your role:

  • Be first point of contact for our employment applications
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Minimise overall time to fill roles
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates & manage talent pools
  • Post advertisements and in position appropriate venues
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the on boarding process end to end
  • Facilitate and discusses job offers
  • Participate in career PR marketing
  • Search workforce market
  • Report to the HR Manager for KPI’s
  • Oversee and manage the e-recruitment portal
  • Manage the recruitment advertising budget
  • Manage the social media recruitment strategies
  • Identify suitable recruitment channels for the business

Essential Criteria: 

  • At least 3-4 years related work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in volume Recruitment required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • With very good analytical, leadership and people skills
