The Role
Due to rapid growth in this organisation we are now seeking candidates who have internal recruitment experience particularly with high volume recruitment.  In these contracts you will sit within the Talent Acquisition team and the wider HR team and will focus on recruiting Corporate roles for their Head Office and also other non-corporate roles dispersed nationally. It will offer a fantastic opportunity for an internal recruiter with experience recruiting corporate positions to gain experience working within a growing organisation which has an entrepreneurial feel. 
  • Liaising with line managers to establish workforce needs, compile position descriptions and write job advertisements, 
  • Coach managers through the recruitment process, interview techniques and best practice,
  • Screen candidates and compile shortlists,
  • Present shortlists to managers and assist them with decision-making,
  • Assist other Talent Acquisition Team members with their high-volume recruitment when required.

Your Experience
To succeed in this role you'll bring substantial years experience in an internal recruitment role and a positive, can-do attitude. Attributes important to this role include:
  • Exceptional communication skills and the maturity and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and coach them through the recruitment process,
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task,
  • A 'team player' mentality and the willingness to provide hands-on assistance when needed,
  • A flexible and adaptable personality and the ability to operate successfully in a changing environment,
  • Experience recruiting for corporate roles such as HR, Marketing, IT or business analyst roles,
  • Experience dealing high volumes of roles with quick turn around
  • Experience using Linked In recruitment and PageUp would advantageous
  • A passion for recruitment and a willingness to learn,
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
There is a 12 month fixed term contract as well as short term ASAP start contracts available.
