Your new company
This federal government agency operates on a national basis and has a number of key business areas. Based in Sydney CBD, they are looking for a talent professional to join their people and capability team on a 12 - 18 month contract basis.

Your new role
Reporting into the Assistant Director, HR, this role is a key member of their Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion team and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of talent attraction and selection initiatives, in addition to delivering diversity and inclusion programs and events. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with key internal partners around talent acquisition and partnering throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Providing advice and managing projects in talent attraction, diversity and inclusion, online talent management and organisation design
  • Undertaking analysis of workforce data and identifying trends
  • Providing day-to-day support and advice on the implementation of talent attraction
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders on project activities and initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated skills and experience partnering with a business in a talent acquisition or HR role, and be comfortable building strong relationships and providing expert advice to stakeholders around talent. You will be able to utilise your strong organisational skills to achieve results, be open to change and exploring new and improved ways of performing activities and processes, and have exposure to leading or working on projects, with a passion for diversity and inclusion being a must!
