Talent & Capability Coordinator - Contract

The Company
Your new organisation is a global law firm headquartered in Asia. They have a strong commitment to the continuous development of their employees and offer a range of training programs. 
The Role
Your new role will be a busy and varied combination of LMS Administration, and Learning & Professional Development Coordination. You will be a super user and a champion for the LMS system, Cornerstone, and will train other team members to become super users as well. You will be a crucial part of the Talent and Capability team, and they will rely on your expertise and advice to make decisions on their internal learning processes, procedures and systems. 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administration of the Learning Management System - managing the learning catalogue, setting up workflows and reporting;
  • Providing expert advice and support on the LMS and training 'super users' throughout the business to assist team members with the system;
  • Publishing and deploying learning media within the system including mixed curriculum, libraries, courses, events, quizzes and assessments;
  • Ensuring system integrity and that a clean system is maintained;
  • Creating and refining processes within the system alongside members of the Talent and Capability team;
  • Liaising with external learning providers regarding the creation and delivery of additional learning products;
  • Generating system reports and dashboards;
  • Monitoring the LMS help hotline and inbox, assisting with staff queries;
  • Providing advice on MCLE/CPD schemes for training and compliance;
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies regarding professional development;
  • Assisting Graduates with using the system, processes and ensuring certification is submitted correctly and on time;
  • General administrative tasks including processing invoices, scheduling meetings and learning attendance recording.
Your Experience
Previous experience an an L&D, LMS or HR Coordinator who is working with an LMS system is essential. Prior experience working with Cornerstone On Demand will be very highly regarded. Other requirements include:
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • Proven experience in fast paced roles with conflicting priorities;
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders;
  • The ability to work independently and unsupervised within the wider team;
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and to retain a positive and pleasant attitude;
  • Strong relationship building skills;
  • Be proactive with a combination of detail and process focus, as well as 'big picture' thinking.
