The People & Development department provides strategic and operational human resources business advice to our clients, who are all employees and partners of Allens.

We to play an integral role in leading the firm to achieve its people vision through the delivery of strategic resourcing, commercial advice and innovative solutions. In light of firm growth, we are looking for a Talent Program Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.  You will be an integral part of a high performing and professional HR team, responsible for the implementation of talent management programs that contribute to the firm's growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • project management of the full talent management cycle (on boarding, talent reviews, performance reviews, promotions and career transitions);
  • working with other subject matter experts to create talent analytics and business insights from the varied processes;
  • streamlining existing processes and systems based on business feedback and in line with overall talent and diversity strategies;
  • project managing the introduction of a talent and performance system.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • exceptional project management skills;
  • experience implementing systems;
  • experience and interest in implementing IT solutions that drive outcomes and efficiency;
  • strong written communication skills;
  • tertiary qualifications in business, HR or equivalent would be an advantage.
