About the Role
This is an opportunity for an HR Shared Services Manager to lead the team on their customer focused and high quality service as the first point of contact for all HR related queries. 

You will work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to champion the HR Shared Services function whilst partnering with them to drive improvements, efficiencies and excellence across the function.

You will lead a team and develop their capability, mentor and ensure SLAs are met and also enjoy leading by example and from the front. 
Operating with a strong performance based culture, this position will be assisting with the implementation of new HRIS system.
Responsibilities will include working with the IT and HR teams to collate and verify the correct information loaded. You will also be involved in training the managers on how to use the new system and assist with trouble shooting when the system goes live at the end of the year.  There will be deadlines to meet on this project and you will provide ongoing support to the business as we test and roll out the system. 

About Success
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
  • Previous experience with HRIS implementation
  • A thorough understanding of both Payroll and HR Data
  • The ability to build strong relationships with the business
  • Good Excel skills and data manipulation ability
  • A very hands on approach and be passionate about attention to detail
  • You will have experience in leading or setting up an HR Shared Services team.
  • Leadership and people management capability is essential, alongside the ability and desire to develop, grow and mentor your people.
  • A strong understanding of processes, systems and technologies that support HR shared service centre workflows to ensure you are delivering a phenomenal service to your global customer base.
  • Exceptional communication skills verbal and written are essential.
  • Tertiary HR qualifications highly desirable.
