About the Role
You will support the Senior T&D Consultant with the development and review of training content and initiatives for the contact and services centres.  You will be undertaking the training needs analysis and developing the training content.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver blended learning programs
  • Identifying and defining learning needs, scoping, consulting and implementing effective blended solutions to budgets and time frames
  • Management of a variety of learning products, designed to increase employee capability.
  • Working with SMEs and stakeholders to identify specific needs for each impacted group 
  • Developing training need analysis and conducting a detailed impact assessment
  • Providing advice on the anticipated instructional design and delivery methods
  • Development of training content and reference support materials
  • Design of system training materials
About You
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship management and commercial acumen gained in a fast paced environment.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in T&D or relevant project based roles.
  • End to end, instructional design, delivery and facilitation experience
  • Ability to work with tools provided
  • You will ideally hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualifications. 
  • Solid analytic and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to be agile and adaptive within an evolving working environment  
  • Ability to work within a team or independently as required
  • Robust  instructional design capability
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Sound working knowledge of T&D tools
  • Have great time management skills and an understanding of project management principles
