This is a Change Management Project supporting the implementation of an organisational wide HRIS.  The successful candidate will need to be experienced in 'anticipating' needs rather than operating from a reactive position, supporting the project for the duration, not just the development phase.

Being a highly experienced Project Change Manager you will continue to build on the foundations already in place and enhance the frameworks, programs and systems providing efficient, simplified processes that are an "enabler" to the HR team and the wider business.  

Ideally, the successful candidate will be a seasoned Project Change Manager with the following skills & experience:
  • Ability to develop a change management strategy & communications plan end to end - not just the execution;
  • Continual reviewal/pulse checks of current state/future state, modifying plans to mitigate potential risks;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills - taking HR and the wider business on the change journey;
  • Ability to conduct TNA and develop suitable training plans;
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and exposure to HR;
  • Ability to lead and coach people through the change process;
  • Strong facilitation skills and systems literacy;
  • Accredited in Prosci Change Methodology or similar Project Change Management methodologies.
