Permanent Organisational Development (OD) Manager job, focusing on Workforce Development and career pathways.

Your new company
An excellent opportunity has opened up to work with a large Government body close to the Melbourne CBD. This well-established organisation requires an experienced Organisational Development Manager to lead the organisational development and strategic workforce planning activities.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will develop and implement the people strategy and be responsible for effective people capability and workforce development frameworks. In this role you will be responsible for three senior direct reports providing expert OD advice and you will develop and facilitate culture building pieces of work or programs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have managed previous OD programs and have a technical skill-set in workforce planning, succession planning and people engagement. You will have a tertiary degree in human resources, OD, psychology or a relevant field and a membership to a professional body. You will have exceptional communication skills and an ability to work in a complex environment.
