About the Role
In response to the organisation’s significant growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and innovative Workforce Planning professional to join the People and Culture Team.
You will play a pivotal role in driving transformation, fostering a culture that sustains enthusiasm and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This role is responsible for providing consulting services and advice regarding the design of the current and future workforce, and focuses on the generation of data, data analytics and metrics, generating meaningful workforce reports, the development of workforce insights and trends, and the development of aligned people priorities to directly influence and shape the desired future workforce.

About Success
Designing and implementing a contemporary workforce planning process, as well as undertaking analysis and forecasting to support the development and delivery of their workforce strategies will be key to the success of this role, as will your ability to build relationship and coach and influence the Executive Management and Leadership teams. 

About You
You will be a degree qualified in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline with experience in Workforce Planning. You demonstrate outstanding analytical, systems and reporting skills, and have high level communication and interpersonal skills.

Your strong workforce analysis, projection and forecasting skills along with sound understanding of the labour market trends and complex issues are vital to succeed in the role.
