Exciting opportunity to work on a new project in a state government department. This contract role will see you through to August 2024 with a potential extension.

Your new role

Reporting to the Principal HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and updating role descriptions
• Applying HR policies and frameworks
• Preparing HR correspondence and reporting
• Supporting the Principal HR Advisor and team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have previous HR Advisory experience, preferably in State or Federal Government, however this is not essential. You will have experience with applying HR policies and framework and job description development.

This role will work with a diverse client group, and you will bring with you highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and HR reporting skills.
