Your new role
- Manage injury cases, including early intervention and return-to-work programs, and oversee performance and behaviour case management.
- Provide expert advice on sensitive workplace issues, including conflict resolution, underperformance, and complaints.
- Support managers in navigating challenging workplace dynamics and advocate for early resolution of cases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Commonwealth legislation and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive an integrated approach to case management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of guidelines, policies, and processes within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need
- A strong background in case management, particularly in rehabilitation or performance and behaviour matters.
- Discretion, empathy, and a thorough understanding of relevant policies and legislation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in heightened situations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond to multi-task and manage competing priorities within deadlines.
