Your new company
The Workforce Capability Branch is looking for innovative and forward-thinking recruitment professionals who will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and secondment activities for the agency. They are looking for an experienced, reliable and responsible individuals who is passionate about providing professional flexible, compliant, accurate and timely delivery of recruitment strategies and services.

Your new role
As the APS6 Recruitment Advisor, you will provide a major contribution to process improvement and policy and strategy initiatives by supporting their implementation through advice and training to colleagues. As the recruitment advisor you will be required to liaise with stakeholder within this agency and partner agencies to facilitate resourcing outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with and assist managers in defining their recruitment and secondment needs
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key partner agency contacts to support development, approval and maintenance of secondments with other organisations
  • Oversee and/or complete related administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and preparing contracts
  • Contribute to the development and review of the agencies recruitment policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training for selection committee members on recruitment requirements and merit-based section
  • Administered recruitment and onboarding functions through the agencies online recruitment systems.
