The Learning and Development function of the business is growing and your exciting role will provide policies and legislation advice, and assist with delivering training.
Your role:
- Delivering learning programs through digital learning and virtual platforms and seeking feedback, identifying and reporting trends
- Maintaining technical knowledge of best practice across capability and learning, innovations in learning and technology
- Providing insight from experience and best practice, and advising the development of the learning framework
- Contributing knowledge, skills and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational and on the job learning program
This role will be ideal for an individual looking to immerse themselves in the culture and strategic direction of the business. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to achieve desired outcomes and enjoy providing advice and delivering fun and engaging learning modules for your peers!
