This iconic Australian Performing Arts Giant, is the home to a spectacular suite of music, dance and theatre. 

About the Role

Working closely with the Director of People and Government, you will be responsible for driving and managing transformational change initiatives for the organisation. The role provides strategic leadership, advice and management to the organisation in relation to workforce transition, process improvement and employee engagement. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Demonstrate extensive technical and operational experience
  • Demonstrate experience in process improvement and redesign
  • Possess highly effective stakeholder management including consulting, influencing, facilitating and partnering
  • Demonstrate leadership, team focus and people management skills and the ability to work within targets and deadlines
  • Strong ability to build rapport and solid relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, influencing and networking skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, together with sufficient seniority and credibility to achieve changes.
