Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this Federal Government agency is seeking an EL1 Assistant Director, People Strategy to lead and drive the delivery of strategic workforce capability uplift, including policies, frameworks and coaching people leaders on a temporary basis or Section 26 transfer until 30th of June 2026.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Proven track record in capability development, performance management and workforce planning is critical
- Established Australian Public Service (APS) experience is highly regarded, and is preferred, however Local and State Government experience will also be considered
- People management experience is critical
- Must hold a current or be able to obtain a Security Baseline Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen to apply
