Your new role
As an Organisational Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving and implementing change management strategies across key projects, including Aged Care, Allied Health, Pathology & Diagnostic Imaging, and Medicines Management. You will lead efforts to maximise adoption, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project outcomes. The primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans and managing key internal stakeholders to effectively embed change.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating organisational change management plans and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
- Proven ability to manage complex situations and information with a structured methodology.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work independently.
- The ability to work with a focus on research, analysis and judgement to manage and report on complex issues.
- Government experience is highly desirable, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- It is essential for applicants to be an Australian citizen and hold a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
