Employee Experience Specialist job working for a statutory authority in the Victorian state government

Your new company
This statutory authority works in partnership with a large state department and is involved in large infrastructure projects across Victoria. They are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist for a minimum of 6 months to join their Organisational Development Team. This will initially be a temporary role for 6 months and will ideally be commencing immediately.

Your new role
As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will report to the OD Manager. This strategically directed role will see you supporting the cultural change project, create an employee experience map, formulate improvement strategies, map end to end employee experience and work closely with P&C team and stakeholders. You will make sure that all stakeholders understand project timelines and expected outcomes while also addressing experience gaps across the business. You will also provide coaching and advice to the organisation on where to use human centred design methodologies to transform the way they work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive experience in employee experience and human centred design roles. You will have demonstrated experience in planning and setting a strategic approach and demonstrate a customer focused approach. You will have demonstrated knowledge of user design methodologies and ideally a qualification in graphic/UX Design/psychology/HR or related.
