A critical position to work with key stakeholders in advising on IR solutions within a large organisation.

Your new company
Join a large organisation and be an integral part part of the People and Culture team and you will be engaging with Line Managers across the organisation to manage IR/ER cases.

Your new role
Working as part of a large People and Culture team and working with the wider team leaders and management you will be responsible for managing a variety of case work including grievances, disciplinaries, misconduct, sickness absence and performance management. You will work with senior leaders and employees across the business to resolve employee relations matters and minimise risks to the business.You will advise at all levels of the business on policies, procedures and employment law.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in an Employee Relations/Industrial Relations specialist role together with exceptional employment law knowledge with a commercial and pragmatic approach. You will be resilient and have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the business
