Fixed Term Employee Relations focused role with a large Not for Profit Organisation.

Your new company
A large well known Not for Profit with presence across the state is seeking to add an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to their large HR team. Working across community health, homelessness, child and youth services and more, you will work for a diverse organisation and across multiple awards.

Your new role
In your new role you are responsible for interpreting awards and agreements to ensure correct alignment for new recruitment and payroll. Day to day you will answer questions and queries across the awards, policy and HR processes. You will partner with Payroll for any complex pay issues. There is a chance to get involved in HR projects, depending on your passion and skillset.

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in a large, complex organisation with multiple awards and agreements will set you up well for this role. You will have experience as an ER Consultant or as a HR Business Partner with hands on experience in employee relations. Successful candidates will need a WWCC and clear police check.

What you'll get in return
A fixed term contract until June 2022, with potential to extend. You are joining a large HR team with opportunities always appearing! Based in Melbourne, the head office is in the CBD and you can work remotely as you choose. This role is paying $100k + super + salary packaging + leave loading.
