Employee Relations Safety and Well being Manager. In the heart of Sydney CBD.3-6 months.

Your new company

One of Australia's largest Motoring business located in the heart of Sydney's CBD with state-of-the-art office facilities. This organisation provides world-leading customer experiences. An Employee Relations team lead is required to join the Sydney office.


Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the prioritisation, planning and embedment of the company's employee relations and Australian Safe and well framework, standards legal obligations, practices and policies. You will be responsible for making sure employees are given the opportunity to perform to the best of their ability in a workplace that is both safe and inclusive. You will monitor and review the quality, compliance, alignment to group-wide frameworks and policies of Employee relations and Safe and Well initiatives against endorsed standards.

What you will need to succeed

You will have 10+ experience as an employee relations practitioner. Have the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders. Over 10 years' experience as a health and safety practitioner including office-based environment. Hold a Health and Safety or Human Resources degree. Have experience in leading a high performance team
