About your new role

Our client, an organisation located in the heart of the city and operating in the Public Sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will bring with you a passion for Employee Relations and case management as you partner with their internal team to provide expert consultation and advice on all ER matters. As an integral part of the Human Resources team, you will use your knowledge and expertise to support the senior management team in understanding and working within the legislative framework.

About you

We're looking for a team player who can help build our capability in the workplace relations space and provide guidance to the rest of the HR team team.

  • Demonstrable experience in case management, the ideal candidate will bring with them significant expertise in this area
  • You're a team player that loves to mentor and coach others and sees the value in the growth of others in the team
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Enterprise Agreement Negotiations and implementation with direct negotiation experience being highly desirable.
  • In addition to the above, you will have strong drafting skills and verbal and written communication skills

What you will get in return

In return you will get hands-on experience in the ER/IR space, up to a $130K package in full time annual salary and the option to work 4 days per week.
