This role is responsible for the effective and consistent continuous improvement and coordination of HR business processes, functions and procedures. The incumbent monitors HR projects and workflows to ensure their effective management and proactively seek out improvements and innovations to ensure the organisation's compliance and reporting integrity.

We are definitely looking for somebody who is a self-starter and not afraid to hit the ground running. You will join a highly collaborative HR team managing a small team of three direct reports who are HR advisors.

Key deliverables will include:

  • Leads the development and implementation of continuous improvement activities
  • Process improvements and system enhancements
  • Data, business intelligence and trends reporting
  • Lead and develop a small team of HR Coordinators
  • Provides consistent interpretation/application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Creates, maintains and implements all People & Culture policies and procedures
  • The organisation is currently implementing a new HRIS system (cornerstone) and this role will oversee this implementation.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience within a similar role, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.
