A strategic Senior HR Business Partner is required for an 8:6 roster.
Our client is in an exciting phase of their development and, as such, they require the expertise of a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team on an 8:6 roster.
This position will suit an individual with a strategic capability to enhance the productivity and performance of the site leadership team and to ensure a proactive, strategic approach to people and culture initiatives.
Reporting to the HR Manager based in corporate and the Site Manager, you will support the creation of a service delivery role and continue with the quest for best practice and business excellence.
To be successful in your application, you will have held a similar site-based strategic role in a generalist capacity, and be able to demonstrate core deliverables that have positively impacted teams, culture, engagement and retention, talent management, and minimising risk mitigation.
You will possess a calm and measured approach to providing solutions and have prior experience of being part of a site-based senior leadership team.
This position will have one direct report who will act as back to back for this role.
It is essential that you be based in Western Australia and have recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia.
Remuneration will comprise of a base salary, site and roster allowances and a STIP component.
