Your new role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, as well as design and deliver on key talent attraction strategies for 2022 and beyond. This is a significant appointment in the business and will play a pivotal role in identifying the best talent on the market and attracting this talent through innovative and dynamic recruitment strategies and important values.

Key areas will include

  • Managing a small team and mentoring
  • Working closely with senior leaders across the business to develop talent strategies
  • Design and then deliver on recruitment processes and strategies through project delivery and education
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Employee Value Proposition, Employer Brand and Social Media
  • Review and improve recruitment processes, ATS and efficiencies
  • Strategic talent pooling and pipeline programs Hands on recruitment of senior, C-Suite positions
  • Indepth coaching and consultation of the business and employees through best practice
  • Driving the candidate experience and ensuring best practice is followed
  • Managing the volume of vacancies, ensuring the team is able to deliver on this service internally
  • Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and to overall People programs locally and globally

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be a senior, experienced Talent Acquisition Leader, Recruitment Manager or Head of Internal Recruitment, Talent, who has worked in strategic positions previously and have a track record of innovative ideas and programs you have implemented to drive effective and dynamic talent attraction.
  • You will have worked in a fast paced, white collar, creative, Tech, Media or Sales & Marketing focused industry and have experience of working in complex culture with multiple stakeholders.
  • This is an important role for the business to take on 2022 and build Bigger and Wider
